rental policies

When you make your reservation before November 1, 1/2 of the total money is due within 10 days. The remainder is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. When making reservations after November 1, money is due at the time of making the reservation with a visa or mastercard. There is a refundable, $300.00 damage deposit per unit due when final payment is due.
